All internal and external organs of humans are designed perfectly and exactly where they should be, so that if any of the internal organs (heart, lungs, intestines, stomach, brain, etc.) or external organs (hands, feet, eyes, eyebrows, mouth, nose, ears, etc.) are displaced, it will have a very bad effect on their efficiency and maintenance.
If the ears were not on both sides, we would not hear like this, if the eyes were not parallel, we would not have three-dimensional vision, if the brain were somewhere else, it would definitely be damaged. If the heart were lower, the human lifespan would be shorter and the brain would not fully develop!!! In general, any change in the body organs is equal to the deterioration and decrease in the efficiency of the organ.
In addition, the human body is energy-efficient and optimized, such that the human brain is the most energy-efficient computer in the world, and humans consume the least energy when moving compared to other creatures. Most importantly, humans are capable of infinite learning. The human brain is capable of memorizing all the books in the world.
God says in the Quran:
At-Teen
لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِيٓ أَحۡسَنِ تَقۡوِيمٖ
Surely We have created man in the best form.
 
The word "تَقۡوِيمٖ" means form and appearance. That is, God has designed man very perfectly and it could not have been better than this!!! The reason is that God has paid special attention to the creation of man. The reason why God has paid special attention to the creation of man is the great diversity of human characteristics. Humans have different fingerprints, different irises, different skin colors, different eye colors, different languages, different accents, different pronunciation styles, different larynx sounds, different tastes, different behaviors, different moods, different faces, different reactions to events, different abilities and talents, different DNA, different personalities, different sizes and weights, different desires, different lifespans, defects, and different diseases and many more things that have not yet been discovered!!! This much difference is not in any of the creatures.​​​​​​​
