Archaeology is one of the most interesting jobs. Archaeologists find facts from the past and put them together like puzzle pieces, sometimes reaching unsolvable questions. Years ago, a group of archaeologists discovered the body of one of the Egyptian pharaohs, Ramses II, and reached one of the most unanswered questions possible.
The body of Ramses II remained intact compared to all the mummies that had been cremated. This news exploded like a bomb and prompted all archaeologists and researchers to investigate this field. You have probably heard the story of Moses and the people of Israel. This story is mentioned in detail in the Bible and the Quran, but there is a strange verse in the Quran about Ramses II, who was extremely cruel, which answers the unanswered and mysterious question of archaeologists.
Yūnus
So today We will preserve your body, so that you will be an example [*] for those who come after you, yet most people are heedless of Our signs.”
[*] i.e., his dead body will be preserved, so that people could see that he had actually died and a lesson for later generations.
