One of the most interesting facts about plants is the existence of sex. Plants, like other creatures, have sex. This scientific fact and interesting discovery about plants is almost one hundred and seventy years old. In the middle of the eighteenth century, the famous Swedish scientist and botanist Linn managed to discover that sex is a general law among the plants. But we must say that this scientist became famous because of the Muslims' lack of attention to the verses of the Quran, because in the Quran, which was revealed fourteen hundred years ago, God, the Creator of all living things, says:
Yā-Sīn
سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنۢبِتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمِنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
 
Glory be to the One Who created all types of things* that the earth produces, and of themselves, and of things that they have no knowledge about.  (i.e., all species, all things in pairs.)​​​​​​​
